Fog spraying is 8000 times more effective than water irrigating – 1 liter of water can produce 15 mln. of fog particles with a size up to 50 microns and a total area of 120 mln. mm², while the regular water irrigating can produce only 2 mln. of drops with total area approx. 6 mln. mm².

The larger area allows to capture more dust particles and small size of a fog drop allows you to get as close to the dust particles as possible.
</p>
<p>
<i>Jet-Zone</i>reduces dust emission for 50–80% depending on the type and size of particles and can be easily mounted without crusher modification. The raw materials do not get wet due to low water consumption.

Nozzle mounting and service is made from the outside of the crusher, as well as the water inlet. Design of the nozzle carrier is made to protect it from the blinding even after a long time of the stoppage.
